It keeps saying, that drive E is empty. I'm gonna past what the log file said below. ANY HELP is appreciated. Thanks, Gaylon

Judging by your previous posts, you never supply logfiles when asked.

Supply an AnyDVD logfile with a DVD in the drive. If that doesn't work, post an EMPTY_DRIVE logfile.

It will have a name similar to this: AnyDVD_6.7.9.13_Info_E_EMPTY_DRIVE.zip.

The logfile may indicate what the problem may be.

Giving us the location on your system for the logfile doesn't help, you have to attach the logfile to you post and upload it

When you click Post Reply, on the page it takes you to, scroll down a bit further to Additional Options section.
Then click the Manage Attachments button.
Browse to the .zip folder that was created.
Upload it.

If you're a registered customer, update to the latest beta and try again.

That being said, you've got problematic filters installed that may be interfering with AnyDVD

You need to remove your packet writing software. There is a list in the FAQ sticky.

To remove the filters (also from the FAQ sticky):
Quote:
1. Create a backup of your registry: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322756/?ln=en
2. Download imgburn. It's a free program: http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
(it's also an excellent program imo)
3. Go to Tools > Filter Driver Load Order. Select "name_of_filter". Click "Remove Selected Filter". Click "ok".
4. Reboot
Whatever program installed that filter may not work properly
