PC Crashed - new Harddrive - can't register AnyDVD

My HardDrive Crashed, I got a new one reinstalled AnyDVD HD and have the key # from an email - but not the key file.

How do I get a key file, How do I put the number in the key file, How do I then get AnyDVD registered.
