I cannot get Woman In The Black R2 Rental to backup. Cannot get log either.

I would still read the 'PLEASE read this before you post' link that I've attached in my reply.

Anyway, you can still send them an AnyDVD System Information log, in which I've attached an example of how to do that in this message.

I hope you get your issue fixed.
