Won't "write"

I had no problems with burning movies until I paid for it for 2 years. Got the red fox & the clonedvd2. It works just fine until it comes to writing it on a blank. It won't let me. Am using the same brand of DVD blanks as I did with the free trial. I watched the little film on how to work it, wrote it all down --- & it still won't write it to a blank. Help.

You just opened a ticket in Support for this.
Here is that information again:

There is no difference between the trial and the licensed version so tell me
what happens when you insert the blank and click "Go!"

With "it won't let me" you can't expect much help so please clarify.
