Hi There
Have been using Any DVD and Clone DVD for some time now and have found both to work very well for me. However I have recently had a problem following a system crash and a new full reinstall of my machine. When my previous machine was working it was runing Vista 32 bit and I have now gone over to Vista 64bit and changed most parts of the system. Now when I insert a disc in the drive AnyDVD scans the disc and seems to be OK however when I run CloneDVD it will play the title for a split second or so then inform me that it cannot read from the specified device. I have also tried this with a DVD of mine that I have previously backed up using this system. I have uninstalled cleaned registry and all as sugested in other threads and I have also attached the log file. Many thanks in advance for any help. Neil |

Follow the steps in the order that they are listed in:
Quote:
2. Ensure that you are using an 80 wire cable on the back of your drive. 3. Try another 80 wire cable 4. Visit your motherboard's website, and ensure that you are using the latest chipset drivers for your motherboard 5. click http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=1559, and do step 3 from that link Quote:
7. Click the red fox icon on your toolbar. Click "default". Click "ok". Quote:
9. Try another drive (non-Liteon)
