Problem with Registry File

Hi

Anyone come across this one? Purchased Clone DVD quite some time ago, using windows 7 ultimate, when i double click registry file to register software it says that it's added to registry, when i re-open the programme it is still in trial mode.

Any help would be apreciated

Make sure you read the FAQs (disabling UACs) and run as administrator.

I would suggest right clicking the registry file, and choose "Run as Administrator". You will still get the prompt, just click Yes.

Reboot.

rename the file to key.clonedvd

Thanks folks for the reply but there is no option to run as administrator when i right click and also tried to rename as James suggested but neither works. Tried looking for the disabling uac but couldnt find it. Would appreciate if you could post a link.

I suspect your key file is damaged. Not knowing what flavor of Windows you have I suggest you open a support ticket and ask for me if you want. Then I'll send you the key file fresh. That will work, I'm sure.
