AnyDvd non riconosce unità masterizzazione

any dvd all'accensione mi dice non trovate unità di masterizzazione. ho provato a disistallarlo e reistallarlo nuovamente ma non è cambiato nulla.
ho aperto il pc e ho provato a controllare che il cablaggio fosse a posto ma non cambia nulla cosa posso fare?
