split video into two files?

Hey all, first post.

Anyway, I am converting some DVDs using cloneDVD mobile to play on my car GPS/DVD player. It has an SD slot and I can play videos off SD from there. The one limitation I have is that SD videos are limited to 150 minutes (not sure why, but the user manual specifically states this limitation).

SO... my question is this- how can I get cloneDVD Mobile to split a movie which is over 150 minutes into two files that are under 150 minutes? I have seen something about "chapter trimming" in the feature list, but haven't seen anything specific about it to know if it will help me. Anyone have any ideas or thoughts about my dilemma here? Or am I just stuck with movies that are 2.5 hours or less?

FYI the car system is the Pioneer AVIC Z130BT.
