Red face Pal > ntsc

Will reclock convert a PAL DVD to a NTSC DVD so we can watch it on US DVD players? If not, is there a program that will convert PAL > NTSC? VSO's ConvertXtoDVD doesn't do a good job.
Thank You.

reclock only "modified" the audio frequency and video display rate. It does NOT convert the PAL video standard to NTSC video standard. While reclock may change the refresh rate, a pal disc will remain a pal disc. If VSO's doesnt work, afaik nero express can do it

Thank you for clearing that up. I own NERO 11 Burning ROM. Can you tell me where in NERO I can convert PAL to NTSC? I would really appreciate it very much.
Thank You.
