same here the dvd will not back up using 7.0.2.6.( not blue ray)

Same thing with me. I'm in California also. It just keeps scanning stating it will be available shortly.

Your disc is the DVD, not the BluRay. We'll check into this. The situation is not at all the same for these discs.
What happens if you try to create a log zip and allow 5 minutes or more?
