Default Reclock Did Not Pop Up in Taskbar
Using HDAV Deluxe sound card, analogue out and with TMT 5 while playing ripped blu ray, the reclock did not pop up or show up in the taskbar.

Any solutions?

The most obvious problem is you have to reinstall Reclock after you install or update TMT.

Obvious one, but are you sure you do not have "dont show in tray" ticked in reclock's advanced settings!
