Non riesco ad effettuare la copia di backup di Sherlock Holmes, allego file .log

Io ho effettuato una copia di back up del dvd venduto insieme al blu ray senza nessun problema...Prova a lavare il dvd con acqua fredda e ad asciugarlo con panno morbido partendo dal centro verso l'esterno sempre in orizzontale...è un trucco che mi hanno insegnato e funziona...almeno per me
