Help with this error.

I have a movie that I backed up with AnyDVD and it works perfectly on my media center. I'm trying to convert it to an MP4 so I can put it in my car media center. No matter what format I try, I always get an error. This is the one from the Generic MP4. I'm trying to set it to 640 X 480 and I chose the highest quality. Can someone tell me what this error message is telling me I'm doing wrong?
