Question Clone DVD not able to read from Disk

confused: This is the first time I have encountered this error with Clone "DVD 2". This is is a new movie -GOOD DEEDS- and the disk looked clean and to make sure I did not missed any type of film or finger print I went ahead and used my disk cleaner, - just to be safe.... but the result was the same error " E:/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1VOB:READ ERROR " ANY DVD had a rough time to clear the ecryption but it finaly got it ready. but when Clone DVD started to copy, well, you can see the error message.
So, is there anything I can do help?, or should I get a different disk?
Please help!

Always best to look in the AnyDVD Forum when a new DVD has issues:
