CloneDVD2 hangs does not end

After using CloneDVD2 to makea back up I must restart my PC to start another backup.

Inserting another DVD causes CloneDVD2 to hang, it does not kill with Task Manager, WinPatrol, PSkill or process explorer.

I can make DVD backup, close CloneDVD2, re-open it, and it will hang unless I restart my pc.

I am on a newly imaged windows 7 64 bit machine,about 2 weeks old (the image). 4GB of ram on a 2.5GHZ core i3processor.

I have tried expanding the user permissions in the shortcut as well as expanding the registry permissions.

It still hangs. Every time.

I have also uninstalled, re-installed the software, still hangs after 1 backup.

I'd read through those, and give the mods the info that the stickies mentioned, so that your problem will be solved.

This is still an issue.

This is with ANY DVD using clone DVD or Clone DVD Mobile.

This includes HOME MADE DVD'S that are not protected.

I can write / copy once, then the program hangs and does not end, will not kill without a reboot.

I can NOT get a log file, because the program is hanging

This is for any DVD... they are clean, I have the latest drivers, my system is fully updated etc. etc. etc.

Then I'd recommend posting an AnyDVD logfile, that may help.
Sounds to me like you've got something messed up in Windows for it to do it on every disc with both CloneDVD and CloneDVD mobile. You say you can make 1 image then exit out fine, so make a logfile before you exit out
Also does it do this if you don't have all the extra crap installed like Win patrol etc, I've never found a need for this kind of software and in the past have found it caused my test systems to crash more.
