You could try running it through BD rebuilder which will remake the disc but using H264 instead, then run the output from that through your other software to make the files you want. I know it worked making a shrunk copy of these discs for me, so you could just set it to high quality 2 pass and set the custom size really high and you should get high quality h264 encodes.

I think Wonders of the Universe uses AVC/h264 which is why you have more success with that

I have acquired a copy of Power DVD the discs play no problem, protection removed or not.

I'll give that a try at some point in the coming week. Getting on with doing other titles just now. Thanks.
