This is my first post since buying slysoft I haven't had any issues.
I have had slysoft since January and literally converted my entire library of DVD's to ipad format with ZERO problems. I just bought the box set of The Sopranos and I have tried the first two discs of season one and I get ~10% in and "oh no". I have cut and pasted a portion below. Any ideas? Thanks, Bill DEBUG: Feeding ffmpeg.exe with 'ffmpeg.exe -i - -v 9 -xerror -pass 1 -passlogfile "C:/Users/Public/Videos/The Sopranos/Season 1/mencmpass5156" -threads 4 -f ipod -metadata title="Sopranos_S1_D2 T1" -r 30000/1001 -vcodec libx264 -vb 778000 -vglobal 1 -coder ac -acodec libfaac -ac 2 -ab 128000 -s 640x360 -aspect 16:9 -deinterlace -level 0 -bf 0 -refs 5 -encoder_cfg level=3|nocabac|keyint=240|min-keyint=24|ref=3|mixed-refs|bframes=0|subme=4|no-ssim|no-psnr|me=umh|trellis=2|partitions=p8x8,b8x8,i4x4,i8 x8|filter=-1,-1 -vol 810 -y "C:\Users\Public\Videos\The Sopranos\Season 1\SOPRANOS_S1_D2_T1.m4v"'. Are you using the most recent beta (1.8.0.6) available? If you aren't you might want to update since there have been some very significant changes to the engine since the last official release.
The latest beta can be found at the top of the forum. |

I must be missing it, what do you mean by the beta is at the top of the forum?
Thanks, Bill |

I Downloaded the beta and it got all the way to starting the second pass and failed. This time it requested to send a failure notice to slysoft, which I allowed.
I went back and saw that it recommended a reboot, so I did that. So far so good, two discs converted and the third on it's way! Thanks for the help! Bill |

You should reboot after updating a product anyway.
Glad this is working now. We changed a lot of stuff in 1806 and there's more to come as we migrate the product forwards.
