Are you having any type of problems? If so, an AnyDVD log file would help and a more information on the problem you are having.
Thanks

Well, I did have a problem, the discs were not being opened.

I got about 5 of the DVDs to scan after just leaving it a long time, but now on a new one it just keeps saying 'AnyDVD is scanning the disc'. I can't create a logfile of this particular disc because it wont finish scanning..

if it ever finishes scanning, i'll create a log file. I think Silver Vision has some of the hardest/complicated copy protection around.

It would still help a bit to create one of a disk you CAN scan.

Unfortunately I sold them that day once I managed to make them into ISO files lol

I'm going to leave this current one in (No Way Out 2000) and just let it continue to scan in the background, and if it scans i'll create a file.

first thing to check would be to exit out of AnyDVD and then see how long it takes Windows to recognize the disc in explorer. Does that also take a long time?

It *will* take *very long* because of the region code mismatch. It took AnyDVD about 8 minutes to crack CSS on this disc.

Make sure the CSS archive is enabled, this will speed up this process if you insert the disc again.

(To all the naysayers, yes, the CSS archive is useful)

No it loads fast, just like normal.
