Update AnyDVD to HD without current Promotion Discount?

Hi,

i tryed to upgrade my AnyDVD license to AnyDVDHD, but i didn't get the Promotion Discount deducted. Is the promotional discount when upgrading excluded ?

I purchased my AnyDVD license in 2004 in a bundle together with CloneCD and CloneDVD is one of the other two programs affected by the update of AnyDVD to AnyDVDHD in some way ?

When I bought the bundle in 2004, I used my old business email address, and now I want to use my current email, what should I consider?

With a change in the license of one program out of the bundle, something changes for the other two programs, in special when i'm changing my email address?

Contact slysoft and change your email first before you purchase. Upgrading AnyDVD to AnyDVD HD does not affect the other programs you purchased.

I not remember if the discount works when you upgrade as I upgraded a few years back

OK, but which email should i then enter after i have changed them, when im asked during upgrading about the SN and the email used by ordering, the new or the old?

Unless you asked for this to be changed you would use the one you used to purchase.
I suspect, however, your license will require special handling.
Open a support ticket and supply the original email address you used and the serial number you see

To be clear, do i have to change my email to the new 1st or do i should initiate the upgrade and write something in the text box below that declare the situation ?
