Default Breaking Dawn BD US -version, retail store

Breaking Dawn 1, Region A Bluray, country of origin: USA , retail store in New York.

Error: main feature is not playing, when I keep the original java menu.

1. just a black screen, when trying to watch the main movie with Power DVD;

2. a black screen with the prompt: “ ripping tool is running. Go to: summit.continuemovie.com” , while trying to play the main feature within a BD –player.

I ripped as an ISO and burned it on a 50 GB BD-RE , just to try it out with the BD –player.

With Original java menu:

The copy on BD-RE, with the original java menu on, is playing fine just all the Extras in the BD –player and also in PowerDVD ... Except the main movie… : see the 2 errors above.
There are 10 Extra tracks on this bluray, wich are all played, except the main movie.

With Slysofts Speed menu:

I could watch the main movie only with enabled Speed menu. So, there are no problems regarding the main movie using Power DVD and I know this way it will be playing w/out problems also in hardware BD–players.

But the OTHER PROBLEM is:

with enabled Speed menu there are 2 tracks missing! Instead of 11 there are just 9 tracks shown in the speed menu.
So I don’t want to burn it that way, with 2 missing tracks in the menu (I guess the 2 missing tracks are on the disk, but not shown in the speed menu).

Best regards

P.S. Activated Speed menu with 2 missing tracks seems to be the only way to watch the movie right now, but I need a copy with the original java menus on it, because my girlfriend likes the original US-version java menu so much.

This is a Screen Pass issue, as indicated by the continuemovie.com message and the Speedmenu workaround. (Breaking Dawn has had this issue before; I don't know if this is a bug or something else.) I don't work for SlySoft, but the following will help SlySoft support staff resolve Screen Pass issues more quickly:
  1. Temporarily disable AnyDVD (right-click the fox in the system tray and uncheck "Enable AnyDVD").
  2. Insert the original disc and copy all the JAR files in the \BDMV\JAR directory. (If a SlySoft employee asks for only certain file(s), copy those instead.)
  3. Upload them to http://upload.slysoft.com/ .
  4. Record the confirmation numbers and post them here (they should be deleted once SlySoft receives the files).
  5. After re-enabling AnyDVD, use Speedmenu with this disc till SlySoft instructs otherwise. (If GF still wants the original menus, play the original disc in your hardware BD player.)

That's all not required - a log file does the trick, thanks.
Also: this disc was handled already long ago - we (I) may have broken the fix somehow - I'll check next week.

Thanks, but I wasn't sure if it was just a bug or something more nefarious (i.e., a new master with an updated Screen Pass); that's why I suggested the JAR files anyway. If you needed them, it would have speeded things up; even though you don't, at least I made sure the OP knew he wasn't being ignored.
