Default Mounting/playback issue driving me nuts

Please don't yell at me! Not sure where my problem is, so I'm gonna post this around and see if anyone can help. I'm gonna try to explain best I can.

I've been using TMT with MyMovies, AnyDVD HD and Virtual Clone Drive since 2007 or so. Never had any real issues. Always worked smooth, was the envy of my crowd. My optical drive crapped out (or so I think), so I replaced it last weekend with a New Samsung BluRay drive.

When installing, it loaded a bunch of Cyberlink crap which hijacked all my settings. I uninstalled all that, reset everything but then i couldn't get my ISO's to auto launch from MyMovies into TMT5. I've tried every setting I can think of over and over, same result.

So yesterday I formatted my hard drive, installed clean Windows 7, fresh downloads of all mentioned software, same result. Windows shows VCD as empty, AnyDVD shows the ISO is mounted, MyMovies gives me the blue ring like it's loading, sometimes a flicker and then back to the Mymovies menu. If I just start TMT5, it doesn't show a movie loaded in the VCD either, but if you click on the drive it will launch the BluRay and play. I have all available autoplay set to TMT5 in Windows and MyMovies.
So I surrender, and am asking for any insight. Anyone know which little box I haven't clicked on? I haven't had to configure all of this in ages, obviously I'm missing something.
If this isn't the appropriate place for such questions, I apologize in advance.

HP M9515Y
Win 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
AMD Phenom 9850 quad core 2.5
MyMovies 4.02
TMT5 5.3.1.146
AnyDVD 7.0.5.0
Virtual Clone Drive 5450
