Does anyone know if AnyDVD HD copy 3D movies ?

Rip to image, thats the only way to do it the right way. Then burn the iso back to a blank.

Thanks for your input. I am sort of new to this, and am not sure what "rip to image" means, but I am renting a 3D movie and will try to figure this out. I use the Clone DVD2 in ripping my DVD's.

You can "rip to image" only using AnyDVD. Just right click the fox icon in the lower right hand of the task bar, and it's on the menu (third from the bottom). If this helps.
