Default The Girl from the Naked Eye
DVD mobile 1.8.0.0 will not convert "The Girl From The Naked Eye" DVD to MP4 hangs up at the very beginning of the processing menu. Anyone have a fix?

You might want to try : Please always send a log of the transcoding process along with your support request. At the very end of the transcoding process press "Save transcoder log" to save a log file of the transcoding process. Please attach this as a "log.txt" file to your support request and not a flat text in the ticket.

Default Being looked at
There is an audio properties issue on this DVD and Fernando is looking into it.

EDIT 5 August: We have ordered this DVD. It's the only way we can diagnose this failure. This process will take some time so don't look for a quick solution.
