I am running 64-bit W7, if that could possibly affect things.

Interestingly it does not happen with MPC-HC, or even the TMT5 MCE player. It is like Reclock is making a very early decision that it does not like the full TMT5 player, but then loads anyway!

What do you play back in TMT5 when this happens? You say "try to play...". Come on, you know better than that. I always expect step by step instructions how to reproduce a problem, otherwise I have a tendency to ignore posts. What happens if you don't install TMT support?

I'm currently playing a VCD mounted protected blu-ray iso, with Speedmenu enabled. Full TMT5 has this problem, but once I press OK Reclock loads and works fine. The popup appears after TMT has loaded but before the Speedmenu appears.
The TMT MCE player (same version of course) works without this problem. Haven't tried without installing TMT support. What is the best/reliable way of uninstalling it? |

As I said, the uninstaller.

Oooh, interesting.
-Directly playing the bdmv for the same mounted disc does not have this problem. - Trying to play an mkv just after loading TMT not only displays the pop-up but fails to play after pressing OK, with TMT "unsupported file type" error, but the same mkv WILL play if I play it after playing something else - bdmv or full disc with Speedmenu. - Speedmenu will load without the error if the bdmv is played first. So it seems to be a problem that only occurs when Reclock attempts to load for the first time after TMT has loaded, and only with some media types. It seems, from brief testing, to obey the above 'rules' totally consistently - bdmv always works, mkv always fails, Speedmenu only works after pressing OK. All work without any problem once one has worked! I did not mention this before because I thought it too unlikely, but now I am wondering. No chance this is a race condition/timing issue, maybe caused by my SSD (new to this build) loading something (maybe Reclock's redirecting filter?) too fast? Excuse me if I don't always trust an uninstaller (even yours) to properly reverse things, especially when it's replacing dlls!
![]() OK, sorry, I believe you. I uninstalled. All works perfectly without Reclock. Problem returns identically when Reclock is reinstalled. Last edited by Jong; 2nd August 2012 at 13:30. |

Another possible cause. TMTs seem to be doing something odd with this build. I have just resolved an issue with Arcsoft support.
I am using an AMD 7750 GPU, but the full TMT player will not load at all unless I also enable the internal HD4000 GPU of Ivy Bridge. I think it is using the IB for some tasks (SimHD, maybe other stuff). Maybe it builds some odd graphs for testing on startup, although that doesn't obviously explain why bdmvs work fine! |

Any thoughts James. Anything more that I can do?

Did you try to install ReClock without TMT support?
