Default Source Data Too Large Error

I havent changed any settings on AnyDVD or CloneDVD for some time, but only recently began to have this error:

Writing to video media was not successful.

Source data is too large.

The writer is not capable of writing the source data as required.

To write these DVD files, please use the Copy DVD or Clone DVD option from the start menu.

No setting changes or really any other changes to the computer have been made recently so Im not sure why this error is now coming up and cannot figure out how to get rid of it. Using CloneDVD2 v. 2.9.2.2. Any advice?

you trying to burn double layer sized folder to single layer size without shrinking? In the 2nd screen of CloneDVD2 on the bottom make sure you select "DVD-5" to shrink down to single layer disc

Its on DVD-5, and has been. Like I said, I've been doing everything exactly the same, its just giving me the message now, every time.

Im wondering if I should uninstall & reinstall - will a fresh install still work with my key?

Of course, if there is an easier fix, I'd prefer that. thx.

Update. And, you are not accidentally using a CD-R as a blank?
