Best picture/audio movies for PS Vita

I've found that if you want to convert movies to the best quality viewing and sound in MP4 for your PS Vita (PSV) the PS3 setting is the best. The only draw backs are: 1) it takes up a bit of memory on your memory card and 2) it takes like 3 hours to convert. Use the highest settings for everything. I suggest turning off your internet connection so there is no interruption like updating and pop ups during the conversion process. Sometimes a correlation between the sound and the picture will miss and be off when the movie is running if you convert with the internet or any other program running on the computer.

Does anyone know if the subtitles can be turned on or off on the mobile devices if you convert the movie with the subtitles enabled on the Clone DVD Mobile?
