Question CloneDVD2 vs CloneDVD

My computer recently went on the blink and I was unable to use CloneDVD as well as viewing photos and playing CD's on my drives. Everyone thought both my drivers went out but they didn't. Long story short, I had a friend work on my computer and added another hard drive and installed Vista on my computer which use to have Windows XP. He went ahead and downloaded the trial version of CloneDVD2. When I got the computer back and opened cloneDVD 2 icon on my desk top. I received a message that I have 20 days left on my trial version.
My question is: once the twenty days are up for CloneDVD2 will the icon disapear ? Will I need to reinstall cloneDVD?? I have gone thru the motions of clicking and launching the AnyDVD license key. Why didn't the Clone DVD icon also appear on the desktop or is it going to change to CloneDVD after the 20 days.

Also, is AnyDVD reg. key the only key I need or is there also a key for cloneDVD? It has been so long since I purchased both of them. Thanks

No. Clonedvd will simply cease to function.

I'm not sure. I recommend reinstalling Clonedvd: click http://static.slysoft.com/SetupCloneDVD.exe

Default Reinstalling CloneDVD

Thanks for all of your responses. As you suggested I went and clicked on the link you provided to reinstall CloneDVD. While it was launching I noticed that it was installing or it appeared to be installing Clonedvd2. After all was complete, the icon never changed and I received the usual message that I now have 19 days left. Any other suggestions??

Since I only have one key and have ask for the Clondvd key would that have anything to do with it??
Thanks again for your help !

Default Yes I have an Icon on my Desktop

In answer to your question; I do have an icon on my desktop however it is the CloneDVD2 icon. Shouldn't it be just clonedvd? In the past I've seen the icon so many times and never paid attention if the original icon on my desktop was clonedvd2. If the current icon needs to be clonedvd then I need instructions on how to change it.

Per your request I have requested the clonedvd key from elby. Hopefully I should have it soon unless they are backed up with a ton of request.

Just a quick thanks for your patients with my questions and also for your quick responses.

That's what it should be.
