MP4 File size - can you reduce?

Hi

I just used the trial cloneDVD mobile for the first time to create an MP4 file on my PC, I used anydvd first and I then put this on my ipad via itunes. It all worked absolutely fine and I may do it for a few more movies to keep my daughter amused on holiday.

The one question i have is about size, the file size of the movie is 1.57GB, is that about what I should expect for an MP4 Movie? Is there a way to compress this to a smaller size without losing quality? I am new to all this so if there is an easy fool-proof way of reducing the size of these MP4 files I'd be very interested.

On the "Output method" panel is a slider "Video quality". You can experiment with this slider to compromise between output size and quality. Compression is not possible with file formats in CloneDVD mobile.
