Default Cannot get 'BlazBlue -Calamity Trigger-' to work with GameJackal

Solved to an extent. Support staff have e-mailed me to say that GJ does not support this game.

What version of Game Jackal are you running?
v4.1.1.7

What operating system are you using?
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, SP1

What protection does your game use?
Protection ID came up with Games for Windows Live (BBCT.exe) and 'Themida v2.0.1.0 - v2.1.2.0 (or newer) detected !' (BBCTStart.exe... more in this later).

What is the name of the game (including version) you're trying to run?
BlazBlue -Calamity Trigger- (there is only one version).

Is it CD or DVD version?
DVD

What optical drives (dvd-rom, cd-rom, burners) are you using to create profiles with? Also state if the drive is an external model.
SAMSUNG DVDWBD SH-B083L ATA. It is not external.

What security software (firewall, antivirus) are you using? Please provide version numbers.
Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 - Build: 15.0.38.1605.
I had to disable automatic CD/DVD scanning to get GameJackal to create and run profiles.

Describe your problem, provide full error messages, and please state clearly what you were doing when you received those error messages.
The game gives an error message '[1503] Please insert an Original Disc.'

Logs are attached.

Some extra information:
There are 3 different .exe files that start the game. Here is a description of what happens when each one is clicked:
BBLauncher.exe: A small launcher window appears. Clicking on 'Launch BlazBlue' starts the game. If there is no DVD in the drive (and with GameJackal at the moment), the aforementioned error appears after clicking 'Launch...'. If the game starts up properly, this stays open and is still there after exiting the game itself (it has to be closed manually).
BBCTStart.exe: A CMD window appears and then displays the no DVD error or starts the game depending on if the DVD is in the drive or not. It also does not close after launching the game.
BBCT.exe: The game .exe itself. Clicking it gives the error 'Failed to initialize' whether the DVD is in the drive or not.

For all three .exe files above, GameJackal produces the same results as clicking each respective .exe without the DVD in the drive.

So my question is: How can I get GameJackal to work with this game?

Thank you.

Off topic, but I have a couple of other questions about GameJackal... Ill put them here so I don't have to make a new thread but they are not top priority at the moment:

1. If a profile is set to run on a single core of a multi-core processor, does the entire game run on that core or just the DVD-check at the game's start up? What about if the profile utilizes Image Mode?

2. If timing data for a profile doesn't get higher after multiple analyses, will it ever? How can improve it? (e.g. my Bioshock 2 timing level won't go past 73%)
