Thanks to all above

Played iso file and original disc on my PC with PowerDVD 9 (How did you know Frank?)

Both played fine.

It was me leaving the pointer on screen so that the tabs did not show untill i moved it (to my defence i do not use my Pc much to watch iso back) sorry to waste all your time

Noticed that the file still froze between trailers and menus on my Dune HD Smart D1. It played single files in the iso ok with "lite" mode still, could this be a Java issue with my box?

Could someone look at my log file to see all is ok with disc status please.

Noticed that though BD-Live has been removed because it is a BD+ disc, that their seem to be no BD-Live features on the discs menu.
Could somone just explain this.

Do i need to be on line when using AnyDVD HD for the database if i am using the lastest version?

Many thanks to all again

If it plays fine in PDVD then it's an issue with the Dune which will be down to them to fix

If BD-Live features are supposed to be there, obviously they won't work once BD-Live is removed.

OTOH, a lot of disc menus also use BD-Live without advertising it. BDA standards require discs to provide support for players without BD-Live; once AnyDVD HD removes BD-Live, the disc reverts to this fallback code OR uses substitute code (IIRC usually BD-Java) provided by AnyDVD HD via Magic File Replacement.
