I understand this is not the PowerDVD site, but I used AnyDVD HD to remove the Blu-Ray capabilities, so that the Blu Ray would display on the external screen.

Thoughts?
The error message refers specifically to 3D; I see no connection to HDCP or related restraints. Are you using a 3D monitor (primary and/or secondary)? If not, is "Simulate connected 3D display" checked on the Video Blu-ray tab in AnyDVD HD?

See, how important it is to supply actual error messages?

Seems to me, that you're playing a 3D blu-ray. I don't know, which one it is, so I don't know if it is a disc that can be selectively played in 2d as well.

You'll find out, if you just disable 3D in PowerDVD.
