If you do not have the key file sent to you when you purchased your license, you can get a replacement with Slysoft's Key Recovery Tool.

If you need a replacement key and your email address has changed since you purchased your license, you need to contact Slysoft Support, providing your old and new email addresses.

You might want to try http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=12115 and see if that helps.

You have already had several replies to your initial query, trying to help you solve your issue. If you find the user-to-user help being freely offered to be inadequate or not helpful, you might want to contact Slysoft Support directly.
