Default Why am I getting this ?

Hi,

I had recently purchased Star wars Collection - UK Edition - 9 discs.

in most of the discs, the anydvd hd doesnt detect.

However but when I disabled anydvdhd and then tried inserting the discs, discs are getting detected and again i had enabled anydvd hd where it scans and produces the scan results.

Why am I getting this ?

Thanks. The discs seem to be visible. Are you able to create a logfile, when you have the problem that they are not visible?

Dear James,

Yes they are visible. when I had tried with anydvdhd enabled it doesnt even detect means its not visible. If I run blu-ray in normal mode means without the use of anydvdhd and then re-enable it, it detects and fetches me the region info.

this is very new to me.... till date. i had faced this issue only with these discs.

Can you create logfiles while one of the discs is (and stays) invisible?
