reclock w/ MOG and a possible script question

Two Reclock questions:

1) Can reclock be used with MOG. MOG streams music (I think it's all MP3 format) via a desktop app. Can Reclock be set to open with MOG? I tried, but Reclock didn't open. My goal is simply to use Reclock to bypass the Windows mixer.

2) Can reclock be set to open with specific files, not just programs? I want to set Reclock to open with just a few of my MKV files with uncompressed PCM soundtracks. Is this possible -- even via a script? I use WMC for playback, so setting reclock to open for EHSHELL breaks live tv.
