For a few years I have been a satisfied user of AnyDVD; I have had no problems until now. I have just downloaded and installed upgrade 6315 but when I tried to run it I get the message "Trial Information; your trial priod has expired". I ran my "registration key" but I still get the same message. Numerousl previous upgrades have worked without problem.
I am also a long term satisfied owner of Clone DVD, Clone DVD Mobile and Clone CD. Can anyone help me? Regards Kelly |

Having the same problem after installing 6.3.1.5. I have contacted customer support and am awaiting their reply. I'm sure it's a glitch that they'll have to fix with another update.

I would like to respectfully disagree that this is a blacklist issue. I reinstalled my old version (6.3.1.2) and my license key still works just fine with that.
Has anyone learned anything more about this issue since the release of 6.3.1.5? Thank you in advance for any comments. |

that's because the blacklisting list has been updated (to include your key and other blacklisted keys) in the latest version of anydvd.

Yes, I did contact support as was mentioned in an earlier post and I have sent the appropriate info to them requesting a key replacement. I also asked the question of them as to whether this could be a bug in the update, or not.
If I learn anything from that, I will post back. Thanks for your comments. |
