I bought anydvd and clonedvd back in may of 2005. still have the email with the links to the keys from purchase. when i click on the links for the two keys, both say This download link is invalid/outdated. i had the keys backed up/saved as a text file. i just put a new hard drive in my laptop, and need to register these great programs. can anyone tell me how to do this?
there must be a way to edit some files. thanks in advance! |

You need to actually install the programs first before installing the keys. click http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=732

Don't use the links.
Use the actual license key files. click http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=732 and follow the steps

sorry, guess i didnt explain that well enough. i was just stating that i still have the email. my files that i had backed up of the keys are saved as text files, so when i click them they open in notepad.
the problem is apparently because i dont have them saved as the right type of file. or maybe there is a file in the program that i can copy and paste the info from the backed up text files i have. thanks and sorry for the confusion! |

Request to receive your license key files again: click http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=470
License key files should not be defaulting as text files, and if you saved them as text files or altered them in some manner, it would probably be best to simply have them resent to you. If you have installed the files properly and rebooted, your license key files should be associated with the respective Slysoft programs that you have installed. If you have the original email, it's a simple matter of detaching the license key files from your original email. You do not need to download anything. The original email includes the license key files as file attachments.
