Unhappy Help!

I don't know too much about computers. We got one an month ago. The computer dude put a new hard drive in it and a new motherboard. Now I cannot get my Clone dvd and Clone cd from the old harddrive and put it on the new one. How do I do it? Or how do I find my code on the old one to activate a download of it? Please Help! Rachel

You should have received the registration keys in your email. All you need is those key files. You can redownload the software installers from the Slysoft website here. Install the programs and then register using the keys from the old computer. Read here about registering the software with your registration key. If you are unable to get those keys for whatever reason you could request your keys be resent by reading here.

It's always a wise idea to backup your keys somewhere other than on your hard drive just in case.

Hope this helps.

Hi Rachel/Chris - Posting your email in a public forum = bad idea if you don't want SPAM! You may want to ask Tom to remove your email address from your username & edit it out of the above post so that the SPAM-bots don't grab your email address and hit it (especially seeing as it's your ISP email)!
