iPod Touch Question?

I ordered an 8GB iPod Touch, I currently own a 30gb iPod, and a copy of AnyDVD, and CloneDVD Mobile. What is the difference between CloneDVD Mobile's iPod Video, and iPod Touch setting? Also how good of a job does CloneDVD Mobile do on encoding for the Touch? It does great on my 30GB iPod. I also have Handbrake and I think it does a better job but it is so much sloooooooooooweeeeeeeeeer,
