Just provide Slysoft any information you can, including your original Slysoft order number.

ok i got a replacement key but for future reference to anyone who gets there new key blacklisted ..even by accident.... you will not be able to get a third
i have included the email that they sent me in regards to this.. Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately, your SlySoft license key has been compromised (shared viapeer-to-peer networks, warez sites, private forums or sold via eBay). SlySoft, Inc. cannot tolerate such conduct. In response to this violation ofour terms and conditions, we blacklisted the corresponding license key. However, we will issue the first and only replacement for your license key andsend you a license delivery e-mail. Please check your inbox and spam folderfor e-mail from <orders@slysoft.com>. Do not share your license keys. The license is valid for your personal use on*one computer* only. Any further request for replacement will be denied. In order to avoid such unpleasant experiences, we recommend to save thelicense key to a removable medium and *delete* it off your computer. just thought i would share this so no future problems occur for anyone else |

I think if your car gets stolen, the manufacturer doesn't care too much; it's your responsibility to ensure your car or your car keys don't get stolen. The manufacturer isn't going to replace your car. Slysoft is nice enough to replace your license key for you (and by the way, this is something I argued very hard for Slysoft to do a long time ago; I felt that it was unfair if some jerk hacked a customer's computer). Slysoft has no idea who stole your keys. It's not something they have control over. They don't know if you were sharing a license key or if you have a trojan on your computer. They do know that a lot of computers are using your license key however. Keep your license keys backed up and off of your computer (including email).
