Audio Extraction Quality & 2050

Hi!

I have two questions:
Which level of 'Audio Extraction Quality' is recommended to use or what is the difference between each of them?
After starting CloneCD a window appears telling me I am allowed to use CloneCD "solely" until 2050... Will there be an Armageddon or what's the catch

i wouldn't worry.
i can't see discs (inc. cd's and dvd's) still being around then.
i think everything,by 2050,to do with audio and video media will all be downloadable.
