Im having trouble fitting ripped movies onto a single layer BD-R, even after muxing and all the other stuff you guys have recommended.
Ive noticed on torrent sites, there are Blu-Ray Rips at about 7gb - 10gb 720p or 1080p! with 5.1 audio....HOW!! I cant figure it out. At least this way we can all fit it onto a single layer BD-R disk.At the moment im just testing and messing around with my new rambo bluray, but just cannot get it right. Does anyone know how these people are doing it!Even if it means converting to other video formats, i dont care. As long as i can play the film with 5.1 on a BD-R in my PS3, i will be happy. HELP!?

The best you can shrink a Blu-Ray to is 12-13GB w/ 1 movie stream, & 1 audio stream w/ out re-encoding the video, I have 116 Blu-Ray folders, maybe 15-20 are over 25GB (& that's w/ keeping DTS when ever possible)

"w/ out re-encoding the video" means it would have to be 1080P on all.
All Blu-Rays are 1080P unless you re-encode. Starz |
