Default AVP2 COMMENTARY INSTEAD OF AUDIO why?

Hi guys
I have just ripped AVP2(successfully) to my hard drive using 6.4.5.9. I am now trying to reduce the size to save disc space.I have used tsmuxer to pull out the audio and film, by creating a blu-ray disc, then creating an ISO to mount with VCD. But whichever soundtrack i use in tsmuxer (AC3 OR DTS) It still plays the commentary over the film instead of the audio. Any ideas.

dubster.

If you're trying to save space why not rip it without the commentary track?

That is what i am trying to do.Can you please tell me if this is correct
OPEN TSMUXER.
ADD THE LARGEST MT2S FILE FROM THE RIPPED DISC.
ADD MAIN MOVIE (H.264)
ADD SOUND TRACK DTS-HD (says this) bitrate 1536kbps DTS core + HD data
.sample rate: 48khz channels 6
REMOVE EVERYTHING ELSE.
select create blu-ray disk.when that is finished i create an iso of that file using latest imgburn to mount with VCD.Have done above with main movie and ac3 sound track as well but always plays the commentary over the film.works fine if i create an iso of the whole disc but that is 39gb.
Thanks dubster.

AVP2 is a seamless branching disc, you have to find the right playlist, & join them w/ a program like TsSplitter, I then used TsRemuxer to rip the DTS core

i ahve this movie and it worked for me but i never used TsSplitter just Tsmuxer

Dubster, what i did was the exact same as you except i kept all the english presentation graphic steams and everything was fine with me. so try that but it could also be that you need to change the settings in powerdvd maybe its set to that i dont know. and FYI the movie sucks

yes, with TsMuxer all you hae to do is find the correct mpls file with the movie and add it and then it will give you the m2ts files it needs to join together to give you the video and audio for the movie

Many thanks guys.

All i did in the end, was as above. Found the correct mpls with bdinfo. used Tsmuxer to create a blue ray with the mpls files not the m2ts Files Then created an ISO with imgburn.Loaded with VCD now plays fine and down to 21.3 gb

many thanks again (always learning)
Dubster.
