Default XBox 360 & AC3?

I recently began using Slysoft products to rip DVDs and encode them into WMVs or MP4s to stream over to my XBox 360. I've decided to stick with WMVs unti I can figure out why I suffer from audio sync problems with MP4s. Anyway, I would like to keep the surround sound from the original movie material. Does anyone know how to do this?

Default dvr-ms?

dvr-ms? Could you please elaborate. Is that a custom entry in the .ini file? I am interested in keeping the DVD quality video & sound. I tried passthrough-VOBs, but could not get it to work.

I don't believe it can but maybe I'm mistaken. If you wish to go with DVR-MS let me know and I'll move this thread to the Third Party Forum.
