avchd no sound

when i rip a bluray, get out high def audio and video with tsmuxer, then recode with nero vision i never have any sound. sround receiver shows up 5.1 but nothing comes out. even on power dvd on laptop same thing. if i put avc disc back in tsmuxer showes it has audio and video. if i demux audio and video, audio will play back in power dvd with no problems. can anybody help me out here?
