Do emails to suport@slysoft.com not get answered any more? I have always used that address in the past but have sent 2 emails to that address in the last 3 days and have not received any kind of reply. I did start to use the web contact mentioned above but it requires the serial number which I am unable to get due to the program refusing to run with a "your trail period has expired" error message when using a valid key I purchased around 3 1/2 years ago.

Thanks,
Oscar

Has anyone had any luck getting a response from SlySoft?

I accidentally repurchased AnyDVD this morning. I wanted to purchase a key for CloneDVD instead. I have yet to get a response from SlySoft.

You e-mailed them this morning, give them 24 hours at least, they get alot of e-mails, they will respond.
