Invisible AnyDVD Key

Hi,

A client of ours has just purchsed a bundle of Slysoft keys including AnyDVDHD.

We have tried to register his copy of AnyDVD but the license key is "invisible" in the location it has been saved to. We have tried different locations.

If you double click the reg key it appears to suggest it has registered. After uninstalling AnyDVD the uninstaller asked if we wanted to save the registration info. However the software still shows itself to be a trial version.

The key was downloaded onto a different PC and transferred to the clients media server via a USB key. We have copied both the file in the email attachment and also downloaded the key, both with the same results.

OS is MCE 2005, AnyDVD is 6.1.30
