Downconverting the TrueHD to AC3 does work in TSMuxer, so not sure why it's not for you. Also, you are leaving only the VC-1 1920x1080 video checked right?

I just used the 6 channel AC-3 because I figured down converting from True-HD to 6 channel AC-3 is probably about the same quality as the 6 channel AC-3 track included.

So, now, I'm back to picture and sound, but the movie is still 5 hours and 33 minutes and 41 seconds long. I didn't see any new scenes, think PowerDVD just can't keep track of time with some movies? It's currently 27.4GB in size.

Try loading the file in TSmuxer or mediainfopro. What length does it say it is in there? PDVD doesn't always report the length of m2ts files properly, we had a thread about this a while ago. It sometimes reports them as twice the time they should be

Adbear makes a very good point, perhaps PowerDVD is indeed just misreporting the size of the movie..... 27.4 GB is what The Dark Knight should read after remuxing as you've done, so the size is correct.

BDInfo is a great free utility that will show all info of the BD, including size and what m2ts files are played by each playlist.

Thank you for all your help. I was starting to believe that it wasn't me or you guys. They play, and I don't see any new scenes and they are both twice as long as they should be so I will call this issue resolved until there is a fix for that little bug.
