Well, you should be using Anydvd HD 6.5.3.4, but that doesn't matter

from Frequently Asked Questions (READ BEFORE YOU POST!)

14. Anydvd can't see or detect my disc (or my drives can read cds and not dvds or vice versa). What should I do?

a) Keep your license key file backed up safely
b) Uninstall Anydvd (start-->all programs-->Slysoft--->Anydvd-->Uninstall)
c) Reboot
d) Check to see if your system ("my computer") now reports a disc in drive. Do you see a proper disc structure? Do you see folders or files (if you are using Windows XP, make sure you have UDF drivers installed: http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=15597)?

If the answer is "no" to "d)", then Anydvd isn't your problem. As Anydvd is not on your system, Anydvd can't interfere or block the reading process. Possibly your reader or burner is slowing dying, the original disc is bad, or a number of other possibilities exist as well (including messed up ide/sata busdrivers, bad cable on the back of the drive, etc.)

If the answer is "yes", click http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=9061 and follow the steps (note that step 4 requires you to post information)

I did update to 6534, but is the same thing as before, I want you to know that before starting Any dvd, the computer see's the BD, and the disc can be explored and power DVD 8 try to play it as soon as I start Any DVD, the tittle TWILIGHT disapears from my computer and ANY DVD never stops telling you that it is scanning the disc, the disc is legal retail copy

MATSHITA BD-MLT UJ-225S
Matshita (Panasonic oem) burners should really be avoided. They are cheap junk (which is probably why some laptop companies love these drives), die easily, and also suffer from region coding issues with dvds. Click this

1.
i) Create a backup of your registry: click http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322756
ii) Download imgburn. It's a free program: http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
(it's also an excellent program imo)
iii) Go to Tools > Filter Driver Load Order. Select "afc". Click "remove selected filter". Click "ok".
iv) Reboot

Bad original disc or drive

2. Here are your options in order of likelihood:

A. The original disc is bad even if it plays fine. Exchange it.

B. The disc is dirty. Clean it.

C. Your drive is slowly dying. Try a different drive.

D. The cable on the back of your drive is bad. Exchange it.

And Anydvd HD handles Twilight perfectly fine, by the way.

Almost guaranteed bad disc then

Try cleaning it or exchanging it.
