Default AnyDVD (HD) 6.5.4.0 official release

6.5.4.0 2009 04 10
- New (Blu-ray): Added support for new BD+ protections
- New: Added additional information to the logfile
- Fix (DVD): CSS removal did not work with some discs
- Fix: High CPU usage, if tray icon was hidden by Windows
- Fix: Possible crash on program exit
- Some minor fixes and improvements
- Updated languages

Hi James, I am sure it is a false Positive but people using Avast are getting a virus alert



I am telling people to assume it is a false positive.

Wow. I'm actually rather shocked. BetaNews has an unfortunate track record of extremely biased reporting as well as not exactly getting facts straight. This story was actually positive! They did have to slip in the Avast situation, however.

BetaNews' user rating system is also pretty much useless, as well, due to trolls purposely driving down software ratings by using sock puppets. Some DVDFab fans have given AnyDVD a 1 star rating for every single release just to try to hurt the rating.

I only read BetaNews because it's a nice consolidated listing of new releases that I may not have heard about yet.
