That typically indicates a bad original disc (or slowly dying drive). However, it appears this disc contains structural protection.

I'm going to send a private message to James.

This disc doesn't appear to be officially released until June 2nd.

James feels you have a bad original disc.

Here are your options in order of the likelihood:

A. The original disc is bad even if it plays fine. Exchange it.

B. The disc is dirty. Clean it.

C. Your drive is slowly dying. Try a different drive.

D. The cable on the back of your drive is bad. Exchange it.

That doesn't necessarily mean anything. Click http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=11981 (take a look at #17)

Not much I can do . . .

I don't work for Slysoft. James is the developer of Anydvd. He feels you have a bad original disc . . .

If an entire batch of discs is bad then it's very possible for an entire shipment of discs for a specific title to be bad at a retail outlet.

I've experienced getting bad discs. I returned Bloodrayne 2 10 times and still didn't get a good DVD.

Probably won't make a difference, but post a log file anyway (and another dump file if something crashes)
